For projects that use the DTP help-helper, there are two primary
objectives in testing dynamic context-sensitive help:
- Determine if all abstract helpKey constants are mapped
to concrete help context IDs (e.g., by comparing the
contexts XML file with helpKey properties files)
- Determine if help context IDs work correctly, providing
the correct context-specific help content in the Help
view or dialog tray
