This extension point allows to add a wizard page to the Javadoc export wizard.

point - a fully qualified identifier of the target extension point
id - an optional identifier of the extension instance
name - an optional name of the extension instance

class CDATA #REQUIRED>

id - identifies the page
description - the description of the page. This attribute should be a translated string.
class - the name of the class that implements this page. The class must be public and extend org.eclipse.jdt.ui.wizards.JavadocExportWizardPage with a public 0-argument constructor.
