Checking how the slide show of a presentation file looks in a meeting room

You can open an ODF document in the presentation view to simulate how the presentation slides looks in meeting rooms and to determine how easy or difficult the document is to read.

To check how the slide show of a presentation file looks:

  1. Open the ODF file in one of the following ways (OpenDocument Accessibility perspective only supports local files):
  2. Click Presentation above the top right pane to select the presentation view.
  3. Check the accessibility and usability of the slide show: (Note: The Presentation simulation in the OpenDocument Accessibility perspective does not support the reports in the Evaluation view. Please check that there are no images or characters that are difficult to read by examining the simulated images.)
