Monitoring Reports

Reports in the category Monitoring make use of the model definition and the data from the audit trail database. They offer information about unfinished (active/interrupted) process instances.

Quality Assurance Reports

Quality Assurance Reports view provides an overview and statistics on quality assurance activities and codes.

QA Instance Distribution

The QA Instance Distribution provides a pie chart on activity instances to give an overview on the distribution of activity instances where quality assurance was triggered or not triggered. The red section represents the activity instances where a quality assurance loop was created, whereas the blue section represents the activity instances where no quality assurance was triggered for.

A tooltip is displayed in case you hover over the pie chart to show the exact values in the following format:

For example, for activities not triggered for quality assurance:

QA Instance Resolution

The QA Instance Resolution section provides a pie chart on how quality assurance activity instances were performed. The following four cases are possible:

A tooltip is displayed in case you hover over the pie chart to show the exact values in the following format:

For example, for activities that failed for quality assurance:

QA Instance Details

The QA Instance Details table provides a table with the following details on all activity instances:

QA Code Distribution

The QA Code Distribution section provides a pie chart to demonstrate the distribution of all used quality assurance codes.

A tooltip is displayed in case you hover over the pie chart to show the exact values in the following format:

<categorylabel (QA code ID)> : <value>

For example, to show how often a specific QA code "Invalid Account Name" was added during quality assurance, the following tooltip is displayed:

QA Code Trend

The QA Code Trend diagram displays the number of quality assurance codes applied over time. Each code has a specific color mapped. The mappings are described in the legend.

QA Code Details

The QA Code Details section provides details on the quality assurance codes that were passed with the quality assurance activity instances, like the time interval and the code details.

Monitoring - Process Instances

Monitoring - Active Process Instances reports can be opened via the Process Instances links on the Monitoring - Overview report. The process definition is selected by choosing the link from the proper table. The Monitoring - Active Process Instances report shows a list of all active process instances of the selected process definition. For each process instance OID, Start Timestamp and currently active activities are displayed. The current total average duration of the display process instances and its standard deviation are shown in the footer of the list. The diagrams feature is accessible via the Show Diagram link in the right part of the table header. It opens a new window showing the standard diagram of the selected process definition.

Monitoring - Process Instance Details

Monitoring - Process Instance Details reports can be opened via the Details links behind the corresponding process instances in a Monitoring - Active Process Instances report. It visualizes the distribution of the current process instance duration on the process instance's activities. For each activity in this process instance Name, Start Timestamp, End Timestamp, Duration, OID and ID are displayed. The link represented by the activity ID links to the activity's Definition Activity Details report.
